This page describes, narrowly, what the two public lead tools on growthagents.ai collect, and what happens to it. It does not describe the product at app.growthagents.ai once you have an account — that is covered by the Privacy Policy.
1. The free SiteScan tool
Starting a scan collects the site URL you submit and the IP address making the request. The IP address is used only to rate-limit how many scans can be started from one address; it is not used for any other purpose by this endpoint.
2. Viewing your report
Viewing the finished report asks for an email address, associated with the scan job you already started. If you reached the form through a link that carried a name, firm, practice area, domain, or plan, those optional fields are forwarded along to prefill a registration form if you choose to sign up. Per the code that handles this step, those optional fields are not separately persisted at this stage — they exist only to save you retyping them if you continue.
3. What we do not do with this data
- We do not load a tracking pixel on other websites from this flow.
- We do not push SiteScan leads into a third-party CRM.
- The only automated email this data triggers is the report itself and, internally, a notification to our team that a new lead came in.
4. Retention
Scan and lead records are kept long enough to deliver the report and follow up on it. If you would like your scan and email removed sooner, contact us using the address below.
5. What happens if you register
If you continue from a scan into registration, an account, workspace, and role-based permissions are created in a single step, and an onboarding confirmation email is sent. From that point, the Privacy Policy governs what the product collects and how it is used.
