This page exists because some privacy laws require it, not because we have a sale mechanism to opt out of.
1. What "sale" would mean here
Some state privacy laws define "sale" or "share" broadly enough to include some advertising and analytics arrangements. GrowthAgents does not run advertising on growthagents.ai and does not use cross-site advertising or tracking cookies, so this broader definition is not triggered by the site’s current setup. See the Cookie Policy for the specific analytics cookies we do use.
2. The SiteScan and lead tools specifically
The information collected by the free SiteScan tool and the signup form that follows it — described fully in the Data Use Policy — is used to deliver the report you requested and, if you continue, to prefill your registration. It is not sold or shared with a data broker.
