This Privacy Policy explains what GrowthAgents AI, Inc. collects when you visit growthagents.ai, use the public SiteScan tool, or use the product at app.growthagents.ai, and what we do with it.
1. Information collected on the marketing site
The free SiteScan tool collects the URL you submit to be scanned, and the requesting IP address, which is used only to rate-limit how many scans can be started from one address.
To view a finished SiteScan report, we ask for an email address, tied to the scan job you already started. If you arrive from a pre-filled link, the form may also carry a name, firm name, practice area, the site domain, or a plan you were shown — those optional fields are forwarded to prefill your registration if you sign up, and are not otherwise stored by that step.
We do not run a tracking pixel across other sites, and we do not sync marketing-site leads into a separate CRM. If either of those changes, this section will say so specifically.
2. Information collected in the product
Creating an account collects the information you provide at signup and during onboarding: name, email, firm details, and the practice areas and markets you tell us you serve. Connecting WordPress, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or Google Business Profile stores the credentials or tokens needed to read or publish to those accounts, scoped to your workspace.
Billing is handled by Stripe when you choose a plan; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
3. Emails we send
The product sends transactional email through Resend for specific events: a SiteScan report being ready, an onboarding confirmation once you sign up, a trial-ending reminder, a renewal reminder, a request to reconnect an expired LinkedIn connection, a review reply awaiting your approval, and a weekly summary of work waiting in your queue (sent only when something is actually waiting). We do not send marketing email from this list beyond those product events.
4. How we use information
- To run the scan or report you requested and send you the result.
- To provision your workspace, generate and queue content and audits for your review, and operate the features your plan includes.
- To send the transactional emails listed above.
5. Cookies and analytics
The marketing site uses cookies for analytics and for keeping you signed in to the product. See the Cookie Policy for the specific cookies set and how to control them.
6. Sharing and sale of information
GrowthAgents does not sell personal information. See Do Not Sell My Info for the plain statement and how to reach us about it.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep account and workspace data for as long as your account is active, and SiteScan lead data long enough to respond to the report request it was collected for. Deletion and export requests are handled on request — see the Data Use Policy for detail on the lead-tool data specifically.
