This policy describes how artificial intelligence is used in the production of work GrowthAgents delivers, and where a person is required to sign off. It is written to be understood by a practising lawyer rather than a procurement department.
1. Scope
This policy covers content drafted, edited, or scheduled by the GrowthAgents platform on behalf of a client, and the visibility measurement the platform runs against third-party AI engines.
2. How drafting works
Content is researched on a weekly schedule and drafted on an hourly schedule by background workers, then lands in a queue awaiting approval. Publishing a draft to a firm’s live site is a separate, human-triggered action — the platform does not publish anything without a person clicking publish.
- Draft generation runs a compliance gate before a draft reaches the approval queue.
- Claims of case result, specialization, or superiority are not invented; where the source material does not support a claim, the narrower statement is used.
3. Where a human reviews
Human editorial review is a paid feature and its scope differs by plan. We state that plainly rather than implying every plan carries an editor.
| Plan | Compliance check | Human editorial review |
|---|---|---|
| $499/mo | Automated | Not included |
| $999/mo | Automated | Not included |
| $1,799/mo | Automated | See plan terms |
| $2,879/mo | Automated | Included — human oversight of content |
This table describes the marketing site’s published plan tiers, not the underlying product’s internal bundle names.
In every case, the firm holds final approval before anything reaches a live page. Nothing publishes to a firm’s website without the firm, or a person acting on the firm’s behalf, releasing it.
4. Advertising-rule checking
Every draft passes a compliance check before it reaches the approval queue. That check is a control, not legal advice, and it does not replace the firm’s own review. The rule set behind it is an internally compiled research draft covering 51 jurisdictions, of which 29 are independently verified and 22 are partially verified; it has not been reviewed by outside counsel. The check surfaces what it finds; it does not carry a separate certification of compliance.
Responsibility for compliance with applicable rules of professional conduct, including advertising rules, remains with the firm at all times.
5. Measurement and third-party engines
Where GrowthAgents measures a firm’s visibility in AI-generated answers, it queries third-party generative engines with questions built from the firm’s practice area and market, and records whether the firm appears in the responses received. We do not control those engines, we make no representation that a firm will be named in any answer, and results vary between runs of an identical query.
Sample size and engine count vary by measurement and are disclosed alongside the figures we report, rather than presented as a fixed methodology.
6. Data handling
- Client content and briefs are used to produce that client’s own work product; they are the input to a firm’s own drafts, not a shared training set.
- Queries sent to third-party engines for visibility measurement contain a practice area and a market, not client-confidential information.
- Retention, deletion, and export of platform data are covered in the Data Use Policy.
7. Disclosure
Where a jurisdiction requires disclosure that content was produced with AI assistance, GrowthAgents will implement the disclosure the rule requires. Where no rule exists, the firm’s own instruction governs, and the more conservative option is the default.
8. Changes to this policy
This page is a working draft pending counsel review. Material changes will be versioned and dated at the top of this page before this draft banner is removed.
