These Terms & Conditions govern use of the GrowthAgents website (growthagents.ai) and, once you have an account, the GrowthAgents product (app.growthagents.ai). By using either, you agree to these terms.
1. What GrowthAgents is
GrowthAgents is a platform that researches, drafts, and queues marketing content and site audits for licensed professionals and firms, with publishing to a firm’s own site or profiles requiring a person to approve and release it.
2. Accounts
An account is created at signup and provisions a workspace for your firm. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account credentials.
3. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Choosing a plan and completing Stripe Checkout starts your subscription; plan changes and cancellation are handled from your account.
What each plan includes, including whether it includes human editorial review, is set out on the pricing page and in the AI Policy.
4. Content, ownership, and your responsibility
Everything published to your own site or profiles through GrowthAgents belongs to you. You remain responsible for reviewing content before it goes live and for compliance with the rules of professional conduct that apply to your practice; the platform’s compliance check is a control, not a substitute for that review. See the AI Policy and Disclaimers.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use GrowthAgents to publish content you know to be false, to impersonate another firm or person, or to violate a law or rule of professional conduct that applies to you.
6. Third-party services
The product connects to third-party services you authorize — among them WordPress, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and Stripe for billing. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and GrowthAgents does not control their availability or output.
7. Disclaimer of warranty
The platform is provided as described in the Disclaimers page, without a guarantee of results, rankings, publication timing, or appearance in any AI engine’s answers.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GrowthAgents' liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may cancel a subscription from your account. GrowthAgents may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AI Policy, and Data Use Policy, are the entire agreement between you and GrowthAgents regarding the service.
