This page states plainly what GrowthAgents does not promise. Where a claim on the rest of the site could be read more broadly than the platform actually delivers, this page is the narrower, correct statement.
1. Not legal advice, not a law firm
GrowthAgents is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The platform’s advertising-rule check, described in the AI Policy, is a control that flags what it finds against a research draft of jurisdiction rules; it is not a substitute for review by the firm or its own counsel, and responsibility for compliance with rules of professional conduct remains with the firm.
2. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, cases, or appearance in any AI engine’s answers. Visibility measurement results vary between identical queries and are reported with the sample size and engines used, not as a fixed number a firm is promised.
3. What is automated, and what is not
Research and drafting run on a schedule without a person clicking anything. Publishing a draft, or a rewritten page, to a firm’s live site or profiles is a separate action that requires a person to review and approve it first. We do not represent that content reaches a live site without that review step.
4. Third-party platforms
Where the product connects to WordPress, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, or Stripe, GrowthAgents does not control those platforms’ availability, output, or policies, and is not responsible for their downtime or changes.
5. Accuracy of generated content
Client-supplied facts, matter outcomes, and credentials are treated as the source of truth and are not invented by the platform. A firm is responsible for reviewing a draft for accuracy before approving it for publication.
