GrowthAgents AI, Inc. · Effective January 1, 2025 · Last updated August 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how GrowthAgents AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website (growthagents.ai), use our product (app.growthagents.ai), or communicate with us. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you fill out a form on our website, create an account, subscribe to our services, or communicate with us:
In the terms used by California law, the categories above amount to: identifiers (name, email, phone, company, IP address); commercial information (subscription history, billing records, and the marketing spend figures you enter in our calculator); internet or network activity (pages viewed, collected via Google Analytics); professional information (job title, firm details); and audio recordings (feedback calls, only with your consent — see Section 8). We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA, and we do not collect precise geolocation or biometric data.
When you use the marketing spend calculator on our homepage, your submission is stored in our database, we receive an email notification about it, and your email address is added to our marketing follow-up list. We may then email you about your results and our services. Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. You can also opt out at any time by emailing privacy@growthagents.ai. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not affect service or billing emails for an active account.
Our AI services (powered by Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI, and Perplexity) use your business information to generate industry-specific, compliant content tailored to your practice areas; apply your brand voice and style to all generated content; research trending topics relevant to your audience; and create SEO-optimized titles, meta descriptions, and content structure. Generating content involves sending relevant business context (such as your industry, practice areas, and topic instructions) to these providers. We do not send your client lists, case information, or other confidential client data to AI providers.
Per their published API terms, Anthropic and OpenAI state that they do not train their models on API customer data, and Perplexity processes research queries under its API data policies. We do not include client-identifying information in research queries, and we do not share your personal contact information, client lists, or confidential business data with AI providers. See our Data & AI Policy for more detail.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and encrypted storage of OAuth tokens and publishing credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using measures appropriate to its sensitivity.
We share your information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, and only in these circumstances:
We may also disclose information: to connected platforms when you authorize publishing (LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, WordPress); when required by law, court order, or regulatory authority; in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition (with notice to you); or with your explicit consent.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run ads on our website.
If you claim our money-back guarantee, we may invite you to a short feedback call. Where a call is recorded, we announce the recording at the start of the call and obtain your consent before recording begins, consistent with applicable call-recording laws, including two-party consent laws such as California's. Recordings are used for product improvement only. If you decline recording, the call proceeds unrecorded, and declining does not affect your refund eligibility.
